Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This policy explains how Ladder Workplace Solutions LLC ("we", "us"), handles personal information in our workplace operations software and on this website.
Who we are
We provide software that businesses use to manage operations: reporting problems, assigning and escalating issues, announcements and checklists. Our customers are the employers that use the software with their staff. In most cases the employer decides what information is collected and how it is used, and we process it on the employer's behalf.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, mobile phone number, work email (if provided), job role and work location.
- Content you submit: reports, comments, photos, files, checklist entries and acknowledgements.
- Usage and device information: sign-in times, notification delivery records and basic technical data needed to keep the service secure.
- Website visitors: if you email us, we receive your email address and message.
How we use information
- To provide the service, including sign-in, routing issues to the right people and sending notifications.
- To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and maintain audit records.
- To support our customers and respond to questions.
We do not sell personal information.
Text messages
If you opt in, we send operational alerts and one-time sign-in codes to your mobile number. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. See our SMS terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never sold or shared for marketing. Information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages and operate the service, and they may use it only for that purpose.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host data, send text messages and email, and operate the service. They process information only on our instructions and under confidentiality and security obligations.
Confidential reports
Where the software offers confidential reporting, those reports are stored separately, are visible only to the recipients the employer configures, and are not used in routine reporting.
Retention
We keep information for as long as the customer's account is active and as the customer instructs, then delete or return it as agreed in our contract with that customer.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and other safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. To ask about your information, contact your employer or email us at info@ladderworkplace.com.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
