Program

Ladder Workplace Solutions sends text messages to employees of our customers who use our workplace operations software.

Types of messages

• One-time sign-in verification codes
• Operational alerts, such as an issue assigned to you or an overdue item
• Emergency alerts when a safety or urgent issue is reported

We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in

You opt in when you enter your mobile number at sign-up or when your employer's administrator adds your number and you confirm it at your first sign-in. At that point you see this notice: "By providing your mobile number you agree to receive operational alerts and sign-in codes from Ladder Workplace Solutions by text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms."

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment. Some alerts may be required for safety, so please talk to your manager before opting out.
